ORDERS
Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it. Most orders are ‘made to order’ unless otherwise specified and are subject to availability.
The Print Bug does not take responsibility for over or under ordering of wallpaper, fabric or any other products.
You, as the buyer are responsible for checking and confirming that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements and specifications including without limitation measurements, dimensions, product features, access and delivery.
The Print Bug reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT
This is the official website of The Print Bug and the copyright and the database rights are owned by The Print Bug.
All images and content remain the property and copyright of The Print Bug, unless otherwise specified. You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate or manipulate any of the content and/or images without the explicit consent of The Print Bug.
ACCURACY
Every effort has been made to ensure all the product details, descriptions & prices are correct.
All content displayed throughout the website is provided in good faith and although every effort has been made to ensure the colours and quality appear as accurately as possible it cannot be guaranteed that your computer monitor will display the colours as per the goods you have purchased. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations.
Before purchasing products, especially fabrics and wallpapers that are customised to your requirements, The Print Bug recommends that you purchase a sample before hand. Custom products are exempt from the returns policy.
CUSTOM SERVICES
Custom made products are any products specifically personalised and/or tailored to your specifications.
The Print Bug reserve the right to use all designs and photographs of the product across our website and social media platforms. However, The Print Bug will never disclose any personal information or details to third parties or online.
The Print Bug will own the right to any custom made design work created for you. We have the right to reproduce it and sell as The Print Bug product.
Proofs of your order will be send via email and must be confirmed by you, the buyer. You are responsible for checking for any mistakes. The Print Bug will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies. If items are printed with errors, it is your responsibility and The Print Bug will accept no refunds under any circumstances. We can organise replacements at the same cost. Alterations must be rechecked and approved by the you, the buyer.
The Print Bug recommends that you purchase a sample before hand. Custom products are exempt from the returns policy.
Custom costs will differ depending on the specification.
Once we have discussed a timeframe and approved an estimate, The Print Bug will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the overall cost. The remaining balance will be required once the proofs have been agreed by both parties, the buyer and The Print Bug, before the order has been processed.
Once the balance payment has been paid bespoke goods cannot be cancelled or changed.
All costs are to be paid in pound sterling via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
VAT (charged at 20%), packaging and delivery will be additionally applied to every costing.
The Print Bug cannot be responsible for any late delivery if payments are delayed beyond our control.
Additional time scales / deliveries will apply to bespoke services due to the specifications being tailored by you, the buyer.
Please allow between 2 - 12 weeks for our bespoke design service. To avoid disappointment The Print Bug will notify you, the buyer, of a estimated time frame from point of ordering and delivery.
If possible, The Print Bug will always try to accommodate you as much as possible. However, please bear the time frames as stated above. Please contact jade@theprintbug.co.uk.
The product will be sent by recorded delivery and tracked, providing you with the most reliable delivery service. The cost of delivery within the UK and internationally will vary depending on the quantities ordered, therefore this will be discussed individually. It is very important you provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.
The Print Bug will hold no responsibility for loss or damage to your order once it has been dispatched. The Print Bug cannot be held responsible for any late delivery.
The Print Bug are not responsible for import duties for International shipments.
The Print Bug will not be liable for any order which has been misplaced in the post, wherever possible we will obtain a proof of postage.
Custom goods which are delivered as described and are in good condition will not be refunded.
With Fabric and Wallpaper, The Print Bug recommends that you purchase a sample to avoid disappointment of your product upon delivery.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices include 20% VAT and are excluding packaging and delivery unless otherwise stated.
Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise specified.
The Print Bug reserves the right to change prices of products and remove special offers at any time.
Full payments must be made prior to goods being dispatched. You are responsible for supplying accurate payment and delivery details with your purchase. The Print Bug will not accept an order unless all customer details are correct.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a legitimate email address to be contacted on.
Buyers can purchase products from The Print Bug with PayPal.
DELIVERY
UK : Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery once products have been shipped.
Rest Of World:
Please allow up to 7 - 21 working days for delivery once products have been shipped. The Print Bug is not responsible for any custom / import duties for International shipments.
Delivery times are given as an estimate.
All goods are dispatched are suitably packaged for transit purposes only. The product will be sent by recorded delivery and tracked, providing you with the most reliable delivery service.
Items must be thoroughly checked for damage at point of delivery. After goods have been accepted/ signed for, The Print Bug can accept no responsibility of damage to your item.
If your item does arrived damage, do not accept the delivery and contact The Print Bug immediately.
A proof of damage, for example a photograph of the damage, may be required. Upon return of damaged goods to The Print Bug, the full price of goods will be refunded through the payment method used to purchase the goods.
It is very important you provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, in most circumstances the courier will leave a card to re-arrange delivery. However, this may not always be possible due to access of a postal box, shared accommodation or apartments due to security.
The Print Bug is unable to re direct parcels once they have been dispatched.
The Print Bug can not be held responsible for any late delivery by postal services / couriers.
The Print Bug do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
Before dispatch, all good will be checked by The Print Bug.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
As our products are made to order, they are non-returnable. However, in certain circumstances returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and only if we are notified within 7 days of delivery date. Customers are entitled to a full refund once we receive your returned goods. Accounts will be credited within 14 working days.
Refunds will not be given on any wallpaper that has been hung.
If the customer proceeds to hang the faulty wallpaper, we cannot take any responsibility for the wallpaper and will not provide replacement wallpaper or a refund. The Print Bug would never encourage a faulty product to remain in your home/business.
The Print Bug will not be held responsible for third party contracting/hanging fees on any circumstance, including if the wallpaper is faulty. We must be notified before any wallpaper is hung if there is any issue.
Customers wishing to return items must notify The Print Bug in writing via email: jade@theprintbug.co.uk
Customers must arrange the items to be returned themselves and at their own cost. The Print Bug will not cover the cost of delivery for returned goods.

Custom products, are non refundable and are exempt from this policy. Please refer to ‘Custom Products’ above.
If you receive an incorrect item, The Print Bug must be notified immediately upon delivery. Replacement orders will be sent free of charge providing we are notified within 7 days of delivery date, and the incorrect item is returned. No claim will be accepted outside this time. In this instance, returned delivery cost will be refunded, provided receipt of postage is proven.
You are entitled to cancel your order, providing your order has not gone to manufacturing or has been dispatched. Please contact jade@theprintbug.co.uk immediately.

You recognise and agree that all copyright, database rights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and/or content of this website is owned by The Print Bug unless specified.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was uploaded onto the system. We aim to keep the content as up to date and accurate as possible, however, due to inadvertent clerical or administrative errors the information including product descriptions appearing on our website at any particular time may not always reflect the product exactly.
Every effort is made to ensure that the colour and design of the product appear as accurately as possible, however the actual colours you will see can vary dependent upon your computer and as such we cannot guarantee that the goods on delivery will reflect the colour on screen. Please contact The Print Bug should you require a sample.
LIABILITY
Nothing in the terms and conditions in any way limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or by fraud.
Any instructions are given as a guide, The Print Bug will not take responsibility for any loss or damages caused in connection with our products.
Although we make every effort to make sure that this site is free from viruses and defects unfortunately we cannot guarantee that use of this website or those linked from it will not cause damage to your computer. The Print Bug will not be liable for any loss or damage caused from the use of this site.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will take effect when posted on the www.theprintbug.co.uk and it is the buyers responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion.
